General Terms and Conditions (GTC)
1. Scope
The following T&C apply to all orders placed via our online shop.
2. Contractual Partner, Formation of Contract
The purchase contract is concluded with Gentle Gin.
By placing the products in the online shop, we submit a binding offer to conclude a contract for these items. The contract is concluded when you accept the offer for the goods contained in the shopping cart by clicking the order button. Immediately after sending the order, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail.
3. Contract Language, Saving of the Contract Text
The language available for the conclusion of the contract is English.
We save the contract text and send you the order data and our T&C by e-mail. The text of the contract is no longer accessible via the Internet for security reasons.
4. Delivery Conditions
In addition to the stated product prices, shipping costs are added. You can find more information about the amount of shipping costs in the offers.
We only deliver by shipping. Unfortunately, a self-collection of the product is not possible.
5. Payment
The following payment methods are available in our shop:

6. Retention of Title
The goods remain our property until full payment has been made.
7. Damage during Delivery
If the goods are delivered with obvious damage caused during delivery, please report such defects to the carrier immediately and contact us without delay. Failure to make a complaint or to make contact has no consequences for your legal claims and their enforcement, especially your warranty rights. However, they help us to assert our own claims against the carrier or the transport insurance.
8. Warranty and Guarantees
The statutory defect liability law applies. Information on any applicable additional guarantees and their precise conditions can be found with the product and on special information pages in the online shop.
9. Liability
For claims based on damages caused by us, our legal representatives or vicarious agents, we are always liable without limitation
- in case of injury to life, body or health,
- in case of intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty,
- in case of guarantee promises, if agreed, or
- as far as the scope of application of the Product Liability Act is opened.
In the event of a breach of essential contractual obligations, the fulfilment of which makes the proper execution of the contract possible in the first place and on the compliance of which the contractual partner may regularly rely (cardinal obligations) due to slight negligence by us, our legal representatives or vicarious agents, the liability is limited in amount to the damage foreseeable at the time of the conclusion of the contract, the occurrence of which must typically be expected. Otherwise, claims for damages are excluded.
10. Dispute Resolution
The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (OS) which can be found here https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. We are not obliged and not willing to participate in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board.
11. Youth Protection
The sale of alcoholic beverages to persons under 18 years of age is prohibited by law. By placing an order with Gentle Gin, you confirm that you have reached the age of 18 and are legally competent. The customer is obliged to ensure that only he or a person of legal age authorized by him can receive the goods. The deliverer is authorized to demand proof of age in order to ensure that the customer has reached the statutory minimum age. If this proof cannot be provided, the goods will not be handed over.
12. Final Provisions
If you are an entrepreneur, German law applies to the exclusion of the UN Sales Convention.
If you are a merchant within the meaning of the German Commercial Code, a legal entity under public law or a special fund under public law, the exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from contractual relationships between us and you is our place of business.
