Return Policy

According to the law, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period starts from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter, fax or e-mail sent by post).

Conditions for return

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must be in the condition in which you received it and ideally in its original packaging. Please note that due to the nature of our products (gin is classified as food), the product must be unopened and unused to be eligible for a return or exchange.

Refunds

Once we receive and review your return, we will notify you via email. If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please note: You are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot accept responsibility for lost returns.
